Greek mythology says 'Mentor' was half-man and half-god who is trustworthy, credible and an epitome of wise counsel and sage instruction. We, a consortium of Mentors build benchmark relationship with the protégé. The mentors will first listen, question and will only then give advice without personal judgements and criticisms.

An entrepreneur can take things to a certain stage through passion, enthusiasm and drive. But, then he/she need a culture and strategy that encourages employee loyalty and achievement to make an effective growth.

We envision that mentorship will provide a unique perspective of growing in business and excel in the international business community to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. We provide opportunities for SMEs for development in business strategy, innovation, quality building, entrepreneurial talents primarily focusing on growth and excellence.
